If you thought Core Keeper was done getting updates with it’s 1.0 release, you were wrong because a brand new update has just dropped for this sandbox crafting game.
The Bags and Blasts update is here adding a new explosives skill tree to the game, and some new bomb types to go with it. You’ll be able to craft powerful Void Bombs, and Blunder Bombs, and they’ve also added throwable explosives to the game – yep you’ll be able to craft and use grenades.
As for the Bags part of the update, the inventory system has had an overhaul, adding Pouches to the game which come in a variety of different sizes and rarities. They’ll allow you to carry items in separate dedicated spaces, giving you new ways to store that won’t impact your inventory.
A brand new boss is making her debut – Nimruza Queen of the Borrowed Sands, and you’ll find her deep within the Deserts of Beginnings. With a new boss comes the new Oasis biome, which take the form of pockets of paradise located within the Deserts of Beginnings.
Even more magic has been added, as well as two new workbenches, a new tool type, new decorations, and so much more.
This update is literally huge, and it’s available right now, so go update your game and get exploring!
